Omnis has been in the web hosting market for quite a few years now and because of that they are also one of the most popular web hosting companies around. When it comes to reliability, they like to think that it they are up there with the best of them and as such tend to let their customer reviews and their own track record do the talking for them.

Most companies would view this as a slightly big headed approach to the matter and would consider it folly to offer the same conclusion. After all, customers just love to come out and criticize companies, even for the most insignificant transgressions, and it is not very often true at all that the opposite happens. Anyway, Omnis seems to think that they’re doing something correctly when it comes to dependability.
While employing the Cisco powered Tier 1 and providing services with a plethora of security features, they do manage to stand at the fore when it comes to these features. Pity then, some people would say, about the level of customer service they provide. For a company that prides itself for being up there with the best, according to many reviews available, the customer service aspect leaves a lot to be desired. Reports range from unfriendly to downright rude and condescending staff to total ignorance of the problem at hand, with their favourite answer seeming to be that a ticket has been issued and they will get to the problem when… they get to it!
Apart from these reports though, don’t let it be said that Omnis does not provide value for money, because they do. Nevertheless, their prices seem to be on the higher side of average and with so much competition out there, it could (it hasn’t as yet) prove to be a sticky point.
